🧳 1️⃣ Role of the Company
- Khhatu Shyam Holidays is only a tour operator, not a service provider.
- Hotels, airlines, transport, restaurants, sightseeing etc. are third-party services.
- The company is not responsible for service quality issues, delays, cancellations, or defects from these providers.
💰 2️⃣ Payments & Pricing
- Booking amount only reserves a seat temporarily.
- Full payment required:
- International tours: 45 days before departure
- Domestic tours: 15 days before departure
- Prices can change due to:
- Currency fluctuation
- Fuel cost increase
- Taxes or government changes
- If payment is late → interest or cancellation may apply.
❌ 3️⃣ Cancellation Policy (Very Important)
Cancellation charges per person:
- 45+ days before → Booking amount deducted
- 44–30 days → 70% charged
- 29–16 days → 80% charged
- Less than 15 days → 100% charged
- No show → 100% charged
- Once the refund is approved, the amount will be credited to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
👉 Visa, insurance, tickets etc. are non-refundable
🛂 4️⃣ Visa & Passport Responsibility
- Visa approval/rejection is not the company’s responsibility
- No refund if visa is rejected
- Passport must be valid at least 6 months
- On tour Loss of passport → all expenses paid by traveler
✈️ 5️⃣ Flights & Travel Risks
- Flight delays/cancellations → company not liable
- Extra expenses due to missed flights → traveler pays
- Airlines may offload passengers → not company’s responsibility
🏨 6️⃣ Hotels & Rooms
- Triple room may be same size as double with extra bed
- Room preferences not guaranteed
- Child without bed → no separate bed
- Early check-in / late check-out charges → traveler pays
🍽️ 7️⃣ Meals
- Meals are fixed menu
- Special diet not guaranteed
- No refund for missed meals
🎒 8️⃣ Baggage & Personal Belongings
- Traveler responsible for all baggage
- Company not liable for theft, loss, or damage
- Avoid carrying valuables
🚍 9️⃣ Travel Rules During Tour
- Seat rotation policy in coach
- Follow tour schedule strictly
- Smoking/alcohol prohibited in vehicles
- Fines must be paid by traveler
⚠️ 🔥 10️⃣ Force Majeure (Major Clause)
No refunds if tour affected by:
- Weather
- Pandemic
- War / riots
- Strikes
- Natural disasters
- Government restrictions
🏥 11️⃣ Medical & Insurance
- Insurance not included unless mentioned
- Traveler responsible for medical expenses
- Must disclose pre-existing illnesses
👤 12️⃣ Traveler Responsibilities
Traveler must:
- Carry valid documents
- Follow itinerary
- Arrive on time
- Pay damages caused
- Arrange own transfers if late/missed
📸 13️⃣ Photos & Communication
- Company can use tour photos for marketing
- They can send updates via email/SMS
⚖️ 14️⃣ Legal Jurisdiction
- Any disputes handled only in Pune civil court
